Specific Media Promotes Jon Schulz to Executive Vice President
Irvine, CA – 23 September 2010 – Specific Media, the world’s largest independent media platform, today announced that Jon Schulz has been promoted to executive vice president. In his new position as a key member of Specific Media’s core management team, Schulz will be instrumental in developing overall company strategy and direction. Schulz also will continue to lead company efforts developing strategic relationships within key categories throughout the United States, Europe and new growth markets.

Schulz joined Specific Media directly from Ford Motor Company, where he worked in a variety of functions for more than 12 years. Most recently, Schulz served as the head of digital and direct marketing, overseeing digital media, brand websites, emerging media, dealer lead management and CRM. Prior to that, Schulz worked in several other key roles, including brand management, strategic planning and sales operations. Schulz received his MBA in Marketing from Indiana University.
